1. DELIVERY POLICY
At Safelypay Marketing™, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase reaches you in a timely and efficient manner. Our delivery policy is designed to provide you with clarity and confidence when activating Loyalty POS systems for installation at your store.
- Timelines
- All deliveries within 100 km radius or Gauteng Province are scheduled to be completed within 15 business days from the date of purchase confirmation, subject to availability of stock.
- Scheduling
- Customers will be contacted by our team to schedule a convenient delivery and installation date.
- Locations
- Delivery and installation services are available for the minimum of 15 business days only within our serviceable areas (Gauteng Province). Orders outside of Gauteng province will be scheduled for delivery and installation at 15 to 30 business days, and may come at an extra cost. Currently Delivery and installation services is cost free in Gauteng province. Please contact our customer service to confirm if your location is within our quickest delivery and installation range or if we need to make special arrangements.
2. INSTALLATION POLICY

- The Loyalty Partner Store Membership is non-refundable. We encourage customers to review their membership benefits before purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
- Hardware Warranty
- We offer a 12-month warranty on all hardware from the date of installation. This covers any defects in workmanship and materials. After the warranty period, we may charge a fee to repair or replace the hardware.
- Software Guarantee
- Our software comes with a lifetime guarantee for all members. This guarantee covers software updates and support to ensure your business operations proceed smoothly and efficiently.
